Dragon Helicopters is an ELCAS Approved Service Provider The ELCAS scheme provides financial support to eligible service personnel who wish to enhance their educational or vocational achievements. The ELC contribution may be up to 80% of the gross course value. Service personnel with less than 2,000 hours total time (including at least 1,500 hours P1) on military helicopters are required to complete the full CPL(H) groundschool and flight training courses in order to gain a civilian Commercial Pilot’s Licence (Helicopters). Dragon Helicopters’ JAA CPL(H) groundschool and aircraft type ratings courses are eligible for ELCAS funding.
