Dragon Helicopters prides itself on providing first-rate customer service, a quality not always viewed as important in the aviation industry! However, despite our best intentions, inevitably sometimes things go wrong: helicopter operations are a complicated undertaking, involving the bringing together of qualified staff, appropriately certified, maintained and insured aircraft and the relevant approvals. The elements of the operation which are beyond our control can cause problems, notably the weather but also unanticipated aircraft unserviceability or availability or staff illness.

Weather Reports

If you have a Dam Busters flight booked with us, please call 0115 981 4401 during the weekend of your flight to check the weather conditions. Please note that advance decisions on the weather will not normally be taken until after 14.00 on the day preceding your flight.
