Delivery information.

Items are sent by Royal Mail First Class post. This should usually mean that items are delivered the day after dispatch, but they make take up to three days to arrive.

If you require guaranteed or secure delivery, please call the office on 0845 500 5425 with your requirements and we will arrange for an alternative delivery method.

Prices quoted are for deliveries to UK addresses only. For overseas deliveries, please email us mail@dragonhelicopters.co.uk with your location and details of your order and we will advise the additional cost involved.

Items are usually dispatched the same day Monday to Friday for orders received by 15.00, or the next working day for orders received after 15.00. Occasionally, items may be out-of-stock or will be sent directly from our suppliers to expedite your order. In this instance, you will be updated regarding anticipated delivery schedules by email.

Please bear in mind that Dragon or product branding may be visible on the outside of the package, therefore if your purchase is a surprise gift you may want to use your work or an alternative address for delivery.
